Oh, I see. I wasn't thinking of dodos, but I guess they do feature in Alice :)

Are these birds native to a particular country? Can they fly?

The flamingos in Alice in Wonderland were used as croquet mallets, if I remember correctly. Would the lawn be a croquet lawn somewhere? Stately home? Your garden? Or that of someone you know?
Or is this line of questioning totally irrelevant?

Is this in a zoo or wildlife park of some sort or in someone's private garden? Relevant where? or who?
