He taught... math? english? science? language? Physical education? other?
and now he's working in a specific hotel? Lots of hotels? as an artist of sorts?

Is he a(n)... interior decorator? Florist? Arranger? Something to do with the hotel rooms? Traveling salesman? The carpet man? A janitor? The consierge/bellhop? An event planner or coordinator?

nothing to do with the hotel well he sorts of acts as manager of the hotel but he is really to pursue an artistic job.

He's there to observe/study the art of... tacky hotel artwork? Hotel bedmaking? Buisness? Management? Language? Dialects? Psychology? Creative mint arrangement?

Gain experience so he can pursue an MBA degree?
Become a dialect coach in the movies?
