Is this some sort of abstract term? Like War? Like Peace? Like onomatopoeia? Like proper spelling? Art? Balance? Something that can be built physically? Something that can be built conceptually? Like trust? |

Is this concept something that can be studied in school? Would there be a class named after this concept? Is it something observed in politics? When you say it can be physically built, do you mean built like a table is built? As opposed to the way a kline bottle can not be built. Or was it more... it can be written down in a book? Or is this a concept that can be physically represented if need be? |

*****SPOILER ******** Lauri got it. (Did you know it already or figure it out?) NEVER ODD OR EVEN is a palindrome. It reads the same backwards as fowards. |

Looked at the text and saw it was a palindrome. People like to play nasty wording tricks here. One needs to learn to be wary. |

I wouldn't've got there in a million years, myself. Well, plus-or-minus a millineum, say. |
