Are they in their home? someone else's home? Wild Guess time: Is Andrew the driver of one of those for-hire carriages that are so popular with tourists and couples in love? While he offers his services as pilot to anyone willing, he makes a great proportion of his money by providing the ultimate proposal atmosphere. Rides in hot air balloons are not cheap, however... ...unless you are the first cousin of the aforementioned, and passengers inexplicably pull out at the last minute Hi Andrew!
