This is my first attempt at a puzzle, so I hope you think it is good. I'd say the difficulty is easy-medium. Here''s how it goes In Africa, a village is frequently attacked by a big lion. One day, they figured out a way to stop it. They had a little girl, who could fit into the lion's maw and throat without being chewed go out into the open. (The girl's small size was a birth defect). The lion attacked, and the girl was swallowed without being chewed. The next day, the lion was found dead and the girl safely out of it. The girl didn't have any weapons hidden on her when she was swallowed. Two part answer: how was the lion killed and how did the girl get out? |

I see. Did she block any part of the Lion's respiratory system in any way? With her hands/arms/legs/body in some way? With some item she brought in with her? Did she make it past the mouth of the Lion? Did she exit the Lion the same way she entered it? Other than suffocating, was the Lion damaged in any way throughout? |

Hey Dave... if you type \b{text} around your answers, they'll come out in bold and be more noticable... The item she brought with her... Was it smaller than a nickle? Smaller than a fist? Smaller than a loaf of bread? Smaller than a microwave? Was it particularily heavy? Light? Was it a rock? A rope? A sponge? Did it have any sharp edges? Did she make her way all the way to the lions stomache? Or stop somewhere in its asophogus? Did she come out of the lions mouth? Nose? Ears? Rear? Some new hole created in the lion? |

Did she block the lion's mouth? With the item she brought with her(Gum or gule come to mind)? Did the blockage of the lion's mouth kill it? Was the lion dead before the girl exited? Was she excreted? Do we need to know anything about her exit other than it was from the lion's derrier? |

Did she block the lion's mouth? No. With the item she brought with her(Gum or glue come to mind)? Yes, it was with the item, no she didn't block the mouth, and no it wasn't glue or gum. Did the blockage of the lion's mouth kill it? No,, the item didn't block the mouth. Was the lion dead before the girl exited? Yes. Do we need to know anything about her exit other than the fact it was from the lion's derrier? Yes, there is a connection between how the lion was suffocated and the fact the girl exited out the lion's rump. |

Is the lion alergic to the plant? |
Dave
| | Posted on Friday, June 30, 2006 - 10:29 pm: | |
Is the lion alergic to the plant? Not quite. The plant was just poisonus, and now I'll give the answer. SPOILERS: The villager's plan was to have the girl have the poisonus plant with her as the lion ate her. When she was swallowed, the girl rubbed the poisonus part of the plant all over the lion's throat. When she landed in the stomach, the poison started taking effect and the lion suffocated. Knowing it was too dangerous to go back out of the lion's mouth(because she might've accidentally got poisoned her self) she went out the lion's rear end, where there was no poison. |
