Fred has forged ahead in his exam work this term? that's close enough to declare *************SPOLIER************* Tom is my old English Teacher a fellow of infinite jest to coin a phrase. Pat was a pal of mine who was a very lazy student who never did a days revision in his life & who would have averaged a D- in English. However at one end of term exam Pat submitted a suberb paper full of obscure references to Text and note books. Tom was convinced Pat had smuggled his notes into the exam and copied from them(he was right by the way) but lacking proof could not come right out and accuse him. Knowing that Pat's parents were very protective of their son this put Tom in a dilema in terms of what to write in the Teacher's comments section on Pat's report card. After some careful consideration Pat's report card under English read Score 95% Grade A+ Comment : Forging Ahead Hope you enjoyed my first effort thanks to Sunshine for sticking with it and to Damia & Rufus for playing along. Will post another today. | ||
