Hello, I've got a riddle for you all: Thomas died: He couldn't find a rock... Only ask yes/no questions, please! Btw, I'm Dutch, so if there are any spelling/grammar mistakes, then you know why. |

bold but put <> instead of []--makes it bold like this also, don't forget to put your name in your title; it helps us figure out the "owner" of each puzzle. Thanks! important what type of rock it was? was the rock small? medium? large? was the rock attatched to something? in something? was it part of something--like a rock ledge? could any rock do, or was this a special rock? was thomas human? adult? male? did thomas die of thirst? did thomas actually physically die? was this a true story? |

Oops, blooper! Nothing that changes the riddle though. The name of the rodent is Thomas, and I said: "...male? No, but irr" Thomas isn't a 'female' name, is it? |

*********Spoiler********* It's usefull to know that a rodent's gnawing teeth keep growing it's entire live. That's why they have to keep gnawing on things. Thomas couldn't find a rock to gnaw on, and so she died because she couldn't eat with long teeth. Crazypalpig, you were really close, but not close enough. Sorry! |

I was thinking the same thing--there are some puzzles that have been on the forum for months--and they always get solved by the end. With a few more questions asked and answered, we could have figured it out. Please try not to spoil so quickly. We rather enjoy figuring out puzzles, and it is a letdown to have the answer given to us. |
