1 person? 2-5 people? over 10 people? 1 vehicle? more than 1 vehicle? specific geographical location? date? crimes? law? law suit? vehicular damage? snow? weather? No to all but "people". The person that parks in the spot is of course relevant, as is the person/organization that put the sign there... it is a spot of real value because of some attributes? Noish ... there's nothing particularly valuable about that parking spot ... there is in fact another parking lot down the block which costs a normal amount of money and is rarely full relevant who parks in the spot? Yesish could I park there? Yes have you ever parked there? No, irrelevant is it in an urban location? Yes rural? suburb? shopping district? financial district? is it along a public road? Yes does the wording of the statement mean.. now it is expensive (though it wasn't before)? or "hey that's an expensive spot" More like this one - no "it wasn't before" is mentioned did someone bill someone else? No, I don't believe so threaten to? Also no do the people pay a lot to park in this spot? No do cars have the ability to be damaged in this spot? Not any more than in any other spot is this spot somehow dangerous to park in? No near a cliff? No under trees where birds can poo and damage the paint? No is it important what private establishment is on the property? Yes do people come to visit something while there? Yes museum? castle? gardens? stores? But none of these are there many parking spots or just one? if many, are there many expensive spots or just one expensive spot? There are about four to six parking spots, of which two are "expensive", although the numbers are not really relevant is this in u.s. or u.k.? U.S. if u.s. is it a big city like new york city? It is in Seattle but not particularly relevant is there a parking meter at this spot? No |

Is it a retirement home? So the free parking would only be for senior citizens? Lol that would be sad coz the 6 spots for the residents would also be for senior citizens sadly :D where would everyone else park? Is it a new building with 6 flats, so 6 parking spots for the residents, some of the flats are unoccupied, so 2 spots for potential buyers, who probably buy a flat in there and so indirectly that particular spot cost them a good deal financially?
