Was there a relevant reason why he was wearing it? Was he an actor playing a jailbird? Did he just think it looked nice? Was someone trying to frame him? Had he swapped clothes with someone? Did he realise it looked like he had escaped from jail? |

Was he carrying steel bars? A hinge? A shovel? Some weapon? Was he carrying an object with him at all? He looked like he'd escaped from jail purely because of his clothes? Are his expressions relevant? His footwear? What he was doing? Is anything else about him, other than his clothes, relevant? |

Was he handcuffed to another person? To another object? One of his limbs handcuffed to the other? Was he handcuffed in a way meant to... confine? restrict bodily movement? restrict location? be sexy? part of some sort of S&M fantasy? Was he playing cops and robbers with his kids? Something equally innocent? |

There's nothing wrong with this, except that he was wandering around a courthouse with several police cars parked outside |
