Although the situation isn't life-threatening, does he want some kind of medical assistance? We've established he can speak "at all", can he speak well? Any impediment on his behalf hindering normal verbal communication? Did he wish for a specific Christmas present that noone knew what was? | ||

So "joe" is a bit verbose when it comes to talking he might say "I'm currently busy sedulously cogitating on aspects of my diurnal life." "this matter impugnable is akin to avouching" or the more simple "Could you please elucidate on why that is" |
