JJ left New York and headed to Delaware. A little while later she was found dead, surrounded by corpses. What the hell?! |

Is JJ human? Adult? Female? Is it relevant how long "a little while" is? Is JJ's method of travel relevant? Was JJ alive at the beginning of the trip? Is the cause of JJ's death relevant? Does "New York" refer to the US state of that name? Does "Delaware?" Are the corpses human? Mammal? Bird? Reptile? Amphibian? Fish? |

Is it relevant that she came from New York? That she was going to Delaware? Relevant what route she took? Or how she traveled? If so, by car? Plane? Boat? Train? Did she die in a car? On the road? In a building? Outside? |

Is JJ human? Adult? Female? no to all Is it relevant how long "a little while" is? not at all Is JJ's method of travel relevant? yes Was JJ alive at the beginning of the trip?noish Is the cause of JJ's death relevant?yes Does "New York" refer to the US state of that name? Does "Delaware?" yes to both Are the corpses human?yes Mammal? Bird? Reptile? Amphibian? Fish?yes ------------------------- Is it relevant that she came from New York? That she was going to Delaware? It's only relevant in that she happened to be going this way; there are other possible starting and ending points, but I just picked those because... enough said. Relevant what route she took? Or how she traveled?yes If so, by car? Plane? Boat?YES! Train? Did she die in a car? On the road? In a building? Outside?yes to that last one, no to the rest |

So JJ is a non-human, travelling by boat to Delaware, and is found dead surrounded by dead humans and fish. In Delaware? Or somewhere en route? Did the boat capsize? Is JJ also a fish? Did JJ (and the other corpses?) die due to unsafe/insufficient conditions in transit? Were the other corpses dead when the trip started? You said JJ was "noish"ly alive at the beginning of the trip: was JJ not dead, but dying when the trip started? Was JJ (and other now-corpses?) being transported to a hospital/vet in New York? Was JJ murdered? Were the other corpses? |

A second batch of questions... Were there any alive humans/fish found amongst the dead? If so, were they healthy as normal? Or suffering some injury/disease? The same injury/disease from which the humans/fish also died from? Did the humans and the fish die for the same reason? At (roughly) the same time? You said that JJ died outside. Is this relevant in any way other than the fact JJ was on a boat, and thus very likely to be outside? Was the boat captured by pirates? |

And apologies, but a third - but not so big - post Did the fish come from the ocean? Or boarded as cargo/pets/whatever in New York? Were the humans on board perchance trying to catch fish en route to Delaware? Only to somehow get killed in the process? |

Yesish Were the other corpses?Yes |

Is JJ the boat? Was JJ a war ship? Did JJ sink in battle? Were the relevant fish killed by weapons in that battle? (Of course, I could have a whole chain of FAs going here.) Is illegal fishing relevant? |

cemetary relevant? Was JJ capable of moving on JJs own, without assistance at the beginning of the trip? Was JJ a submarine? Traveling to a shipwreck? Are the corpses attached to JJ? Carried inside JJ? Were the corpses present with JJ from the beginning of the journey? Were they corspes when JJ started out? Poisoning from eating sea creatures? Did the corpses used to be living things? human? land animal? sea creatures? Did the ghost of David Bushnell, approach the ship JJ, in the Turtle, drill a hole in her hull, fill it with gun powder and light in on fire, like he tried to do to british warships in the Revolution? (okay that likely isn't the answer, but its the solution I like) |

Is JJ the boat? Was JJ a war ship? Yes Did JJ sink in battle? Yes Were the relevant fish killed by weapons in that battle? YES (Of course, I could have a whole chain of FAs going here.) Dang. I think this is where I spoil it, right? Well, JJ is the USS Jacob Jones, which was sunk by a German sub after leaving New York during Second World War. |
