If so, could it have happened in the USSR? Is Russell an immigrant? A citizen of the US? Did something relevant change in 1964? A regulation? If the US had never instituted income tax, would Russell be richer? What if there were no income tax, but some other sort of tax (a flat tax, for example)? | ||

Yes, Ken Jennings, & he actualkly won 2.52 million! **** SPOILER ************** After the Jeopardy! regulation limiting each plater to 5 games was removed, Ken Jennings won 76 games for a total of 2,52 million. He would have gotten even richer if he hadn't flubbed a "final jeopardy" question on who was the biggest tax return preparer in the USA. Even I knew the answer--H & R Bloch.
