Assisted suicide? Yes. Did the falsification portray the dead person in a better light? No. Someone else? Yes. was the death caused by the dead person? Yes. By someone else? It was assisted. Was it intentional at the time? Yes.

**Recap**:

Philip falsified information on several documents including the death certificate of one of his patients. This patient was his friend. He lied in order to protect her family members, who were aware that she was going to commit suicide.

What you have to figure out:
Why she committed suicide
What Philip put as the cause of death
Why lying would protect her family members.

**Spoiler**

A woman (let's call her Lindsay) goes to her friend Dr. Philip, complaining about some pains. He tells her that she has bone cancer, and that with treatment, she has a 25% chance of surviving. Lindsay, however, refuses treatment because 25% chance of survival is too slim for her, and she doesn't want to endure harsh treatment that might not even help her. She decides to live the rest of her life happily with her family. Several weeks after not taking the proper measures to keep her cancer under control, Lindsay becomes weaker and her cancer weakens, and she asks Philip to give her medicine that could potentially kill her. Although he initially refused, she eventually guilt trips him into it and she consults her family, says her final goodbyes, and commits suicide. Philip lied on police records, death certificates, and other relevant medical records and wrote that the cause of death was "bone cancer", which would have protected the family (who was already coping with the loss of Lindsay), from any police investigation or public attention.

Thank you for playing!
