Did the bullet: lose enough force that it didn't hurt the man? Not pick up enough force in the first place? Was there something wrong with the: gun? Cartridge? Bullet? Did the victim wear ballistic protection? Or was he his somewhere that didn't matter? Such as in the hair? Or clothing? Did the bullet his a particular item that stopped it? Was the victim very lucky not to have been hurt? | ||
