I've got a new verb in my mind. It is something that certain people do occasionally, but others never do. If they do it occasionally, they do it often. What is the definition of the verb "to Susan"? |

Hmm, I'm interested in how one can do something both "occasionally" and "often"... Is it that they Susan only occasionally over a long time scale (such as a few times a month or a few times a year), but that they Susan often on a short time scale (such as several times a day or week on the days or weeks they do it)? Or is it the opposite? |

Oh, or is it that by "occasionally" you mean that they do it for a certain occasion (a holiday, birthday, etc)? |

Do the following sentences make sense: I like to Susan. The senate passed a bill that would outlaw Susaning. I could tell that Jerry was a Susaner. We Susaned each other. It wouldn't stop Susaning me. It Susaned at me. |

Is the word "boy" relevant? Or maybe it is rhyming slang: "Susan Boyle"--> $poil (on the LTPF)? |

Is the word "boy" relevant? No Or maybe it is rhyming slang: "Susan Boyle"--> $poil (on the LTPF)? That's it! **********SPOILER********** To "Susan" is to spoil a puzzle on the LTPF. Obviously, those of us on the forum don't spoil every new puzzle, but over time, everyone accumulates a lot of spoilers. Nice work to everyone involved, especially Biograd for correctly guessing the definition and the derivation. |
