It should be perfectly qualified as a word.

Is it a word? But not an "official" English word? Is it widely used? By a certain group of people? "Scrund"?

Is it a word? I think it should be. But not an "official" English FA word? Is it widely used? NoBy a certain group of people? No, so far as I know, I came up with it "Scrund"? I suppose you could say that I had a scrund that this was the (other language) word for something, when a native speaker told me that word didn't exist and they used the English word. (And that clears up your FA)

Is the word in another language? Is it commonly used in English?

Is the word in another language? The one I think should be a word is. Is it commonly used in English? The English word, which is also used in the other language for the same thing, is a fairly common English word.

Translation to LTPF English: "Is speaking kitteh relevant?" "Yesish." "German language relevant?" "It's more relevant than kitteh."

Sure, if you don't mind.

Some days ago, Kaylee and I were talking about cheeseburgers and the German language and she asked me what we call cheeseburgers in German. I told her that we use the English word, although the literal translation would be "Käseburger".

***SPOILER***

And really, since "Käse" is "cheese", why DON'T they use Käseburger instead of "cheeseburger" in German? It seems a waste of a perfectly good word for cheeseburger, when there's a perfectly good word for cheese in German, to use the English word, lol...
