Just a few minutes ago, I was sure that I was all alone and that no-one would come and disturb me, so I ubidenailed. But then, someone did catch me in the act, making me feel kind of awkward. What is ubidenailing? |

Does it require movement of the body? (I'm assuming no since paralyzed people can do it.) Do you make sound while ubidenailing? With your mouth? Humming? |

Are you mimicing someone when you ubidenail? Yesish Lip syncing relevant? Yes! ************ SPOILER ************ Ubidenailing ("ubidenail" is an anagram of "inaudible") is lip syncing to songs listened to through headphones (in my case, it's the music on my MP3 player), sometimes including the corresponding mimics. I sometimes just can't help doing that if I'm in the mood and there's a song I really like but I make sure to only do it when there's no-one around who could see me since it probably looks weird, especially considering that other persons can't hear the music, so all they'd get is the funny faces I'm making xD Shortly before starting the puzzle, I did that while I was walking up the stairs to my apartment when suddenly, the guy cleaning the stairs and hallways came from around the corner. I'm not completely sure if he saw me ubidenailing but I think he did. However, he acted as if nothing strange had happened and started to do some small talk with me but all the time I was just thinking "God, I SO want to vanish right now..." BTW, the puzzle title is a hint at the song I was ubidenailing to. It was "Postcards" (=mail) by Amber Pacific (=sea). ^^ |

Hee hee I do that all the time. Imagine if the cleaner had been able to lip read and saw you lip synching ooh something like "I wanna know what love is , I want you to show me". He may well have gotten the wrong idea. Have you ever found yourself moving your head from side to side when listening to "I just called to say I love you" much as Stevie Wonder does? I just can't stop myself doing that. We'll have to come up with a neo for this. Nice puzzle. |

I do it all the time at work :-) and sometimes I sing aloud as well...but I don't think anyone can hear me because I sing quietly and my airhat (won't explain) makes it hard for others to even hear me talk if I talk quietly. |
