I've done this a few times, once at an open-mic night. It's fun. The title is the opening lyrics to the song "Love is All Around," one of the songs Mr. Armand has ychythwed to. And the word itself is an acronym of "you can't hear, you think he's weird," which I believe to be an accurate description of someone witnessing a person doing this.
