Please tell me I'm not the only one who hates the famous wationo feeling!

Yep, I'm currently in the mood for neologisms, but please don't forget my rulebreaker (:

Are you waiting for a certain event?
For a certain kind of weather?

all could be possible. Not really a satisfying answer, but there are several reasons why you could experience wationo, and they all involve waiting.
Children, for example, are more likely to experience a kind of wationo that involves waiting for a permission.

Other persons relevant? can be, but not necessarily
Item relevant? yes!
Electronic device relevant? not necessarily
Money relevant? no
Repair or construction relevant? no

Does wationo usually last for several days? no
Or is it different every time? yes, good q
Can you experience wationo just for a few seconds? no, it usually takes somewhat longer before the wationo feeling sets in.

Guessing: Is being on a trip and having the feeling of having forgotten something important at home relevant? So that you wish to be able to go home to make sure everything is okay? very good idea, but no.

Here's a RECAP -

The famous wationo feeling involves waiting.
You could be waiting for a permission to do something, for something to happen, for the weekend, for another person (there's a BLOOOPER somewhere, I said no to "waiting for someone" because I didn't think it through at the beginning), for a certain kind of weather... All in all, you're yopishly waiting for the right time to do something.

Wationo lasts from minutes to months or even years.

Sometimes, it's pretty easy to avoid a wationo.

An item is relevant.

"All in all, you're yopishly waiting for the right time to do something."

Is that "something" related to
...work/school/college?
...something to do in your free time?
...a celebration?
...a chore?
...food?
...sports?
...traveling?
...music?

Can you be waiting for several of the things listed in your recap at the same time for one wationo?
Or is it usually just one of those?

Is an item relevant for every wationo?
Or can you experience wationo without the item involved?
Do you experience the wationo because of the item?
Or can the item stop/prevent a wationo?
Was the dollar with with you could've avoided your latest waitono the relevant item in that case?

Is the relevant item something that's in your possession?
Something that you carry with you?

Can any of these be relevant for a wationo?
A cell phone?
A piece of clothing?
A pair of glasses?
A driver's license?
A passport?
Stamps?
Food?
A hanky?
Paper and pencil?
A map?
An animal?
A roadsign?

Can anyone experience wationo?
Can toddlers experience it?
Can school kids?
Teenagers?
(Adults obviously can :-))
The elderly?
Blind persons?
Deaf persons?
Mute persons?
Paralyzed persons?
Males?
(Females obviously can :-))

So wationo involves waiting for an activity/occurrence? and also involves a physical object of some kind?

Is the occurence prevented from happening because you lack the object? or do you need the occurrence to occur first in order to obtain the object? or to be able to make proper use of the object?
When the wationo occurs, do you already possess the relevant object? Have you already performed some relevant action with that object (obviously distinct from the thing you are waiting to see happen)?

To prevent an FA you might have: neither "wa" nor any other part of the word stands for "wait".

********SPOILER********
Have you ever bought winter shoes in summer? Then you've probably experienced wationo!
wationo stands for "wanna try it out now" and describes the urge to try out a newly bought product and the annoying circumstances that prevent you from doing so.

I posted this puzzle after I had bought new (pink strawberry scented) ink cartridges for my fountain pen, and I still had to wait till the one I was using was empty.

Sorry for my absence, things are kinda busy at the moment, but a new puzzle is on its way. (:

Nice work, folks!
