A man performed his job, which he had done for many years, for free. He later regretted it. Why? |

did he regret it because it backfired? Worked against him in a future situation? Is it relevant how long between his last 'job' and the feeling of regret? did the job directly cause the event which led to a feeling of regret? Or is it an indirect cause? is arson relevant? did he destroy something he could hve benefitted from? |

Was he tricked in some way? A trap? Important who gave him the mission? Who he killed? Did he not fully realize who he was killing before it was too late? Did this killing cause his own death? Cause him to get caught? To lose something precious? |

did he kill someone for free because he had a gripe with the victim himself? because he was manipulated by the instigator? because he did this for free, did he have trouble proving somewhere down the line that someone else was involved in plotting the killing? |

If so: firearm? Blade? Blunt force? Explosive? Poison? Booby trap? Drowning? Vehicle? Fire? Strangulation? Suffocation? Fall? Overdose? |

did he kill mother and (unborn?) baby? child?YES ******SPOILER This is from the movie "In Bruges," which I saw this weekend. A hitman goes to confession to admit to his murders for money, and then shoots the priest to make sure he is not turned in. Unfortunately, one of his bullets hits a young boy who was also in the church to confess. This causes him to become suicidal. |
