When I said "yesish" to "forbidden by government law," I meant that he didn't break a law, but it did involve the government. Only because it makes no sense. A person who commits suicide can't be killed twice. He responded that no terrorist attacks had occurred during his time as mayor of New York. While he misspoke and was referring to the increased security measures taken since 2001, it seemed that he had forgotten 9/11.
