This feels like deja vu to say, but I'm glad to have enough time to be back on the forum again, and sincerely apologize for any puzzles that I left hanging when I wandered off last year. If anyone can remember what they were, I'll gladly $p0i1.

How's everybody?

As the winter goes on, mornings get warmer and warmer in my apartment.

Do you live alone, or share your apartment with someone? that is, someone human? (don't think your fish know how to set the thermostat as yet.) Or wait, do you set it higher for their benefit?

Going all right. Good to see you back, Gourami, and merry Christmas!

Do you live alone, or share your apartment with someone? Share, but irr. =) that is, someone human? (don't think your fish know how to set the thermostat as yet.) Let's hope not. Or wait, do you set it higher for their benefit? Nah, I'm not that thoughtful.

Balin (Balin)

Going all right. Good to see you back, Gourami, and merry Christmas! Thank you! Very merry Christmas.

Is the thermostat relevant at all? Not really, except... Air conditioning? ...The heater, yes.

Is the outside temperature relevant? The sun? Daylight? Snow? Is the heater electrical? Gas? Wood? Oil/kerosene? Relevant? Is the heater alone responsible for heating the room to its morning temperature? Or is there some other relevant heat source? Is there a source of cooling which is relevant?

Is the time considered to be morning changing? Is some sort of timer or alarm involved? Is the moment of daylight or sunrise relevant? Is a feature of the heater relevant? Or a missing feature? Or something broken? Can you change this trend of rising temperature? Do you want to? Is it intentional? Was it too low before?

Galfisk (Galfisk)

Is the outside temperature relevant? No. The sun? Daylight? Snow? No to all. Is the heater electrical? Gas? This. Wood? Oil/kerosene? Relevant? Forgive my ignorance on heater anatomy, but I don't think so. There is one relevant detail about its operation. Is the heater alone responsible for heating the room to its morning temperature? Yes. Or is there some other relevant heat source? No. Is there a source of cooling which is relevant? No.

Galfisk (Galfisk)

Is the time considered to be morning changing? No. Is some sort of timer or alarm involved? No, good thought. Is the moment of daylight or sunrise relevant? No. Is a feature of the heater relevant? Yes. Or a missing feature? Or something broken? No to rest. Can you change this trend of rising temperature? Yes. Do you want to? No. Is it intentional? Somewhat. Was it too low before? No.

Do you need to start the heater? Or does it start by itself? Is the rising heat level caused by: starting the heater earlier? Turning it off later? Letting it run longer? Does if have a thermostat? Does it have power settings besides off and full power?

so to recap: the mornings are getting warmer and warmer, because you let the heater run for longer and longer times. Correct?
Relevant: when you turn it on? When you turn it off? Why you turn it off? Do you turn it off when it gets too warm, and gradually build up a tolerance/liking to the heat? Do you use it to heat something besides the air in the room? To dry something? Relevant what you do between you turn it on and off? If so, do you: sleep? Snooze? Make breakfast? Shower? Brush teeth? Read? watch TV? Listen to the radio? Go somewhere?

Drying something made of: wood? Plant fiber? Synthetic fiber? Leather? Glass? Ceramic? Metal? Bone? Horn? Clay? Is it food? Is it alive?
Is it the same thing every time? Is it another, but identical, thing every time? Is it a different, but similar, thing every time? Is it a completely different thing every time?
Does it take longer every time because the thing is: wetter? Bigger? Farther from the heater?
Relevant how it got wet? Is it wet with anything besides water? Is it wet paint?

Do you wash your hair each morning? And then dry it over your heater? And since your hair grows, you need to run the heater longer, making your apartment warmer? Did you start out with very short hair, making it a big difference as it grows?

Or do you not actually dry it over the heater, but just turn on the heat and then do your morning routines, and turn it off once your hair is dry?
