Somewhere up high? Somewhere underground? Would she have been able to communicate with Bob prior to being rescued? |

Would Bob have been able to see her before rescuing her? Or did he infer that she was there by some other means? Whose presence did Bob become aware of first: Donkey's? Princess Consuela's? Was Princess Consuela surrounded by four walls and a ceiling? Was there a door? A gate? Were the walls opaque? Was there a window? A hole anywhere? Did she have to get her own food or did the criminal have to provide her with food regularly? Was she in the field where Bob's sheep were? Did Bob have a sheepdog? Did the sheepdog herd the sheep towards Donkey? |

Bob became aware of Donkey's presence by chance, right? Did he see her? Hear her? Smell her? Smell fire? See fire? Hear the roar of flames? Or did Donkey inadvertently leave a clue behind? Did she eat some of Bob's sheep? (prior to him driving them towards her) Did Bob discover scorch marks on his land? Huge dragon claw prints? |

Did one of Bob's sheep wander off to where the dragon or the princess was? And Bob went looking for it, leading to his discovery of the hiding place? Yep. **********SPOILER********** The villain had imprisoned Princess Consuela in a cave which happened to be near shepherd Bob's field. One of his sheep wandered off to the cave one day, and Bob, in searching for it, came across the dragon preventing anyone from getting to the princess. Since the dragon had killed his lost sheep, Bob, realizing the princess must be there, sacrificed his sheep and his livelihood by sending them all into the cave. As the dragon chased the sheep around, Bob snuck in and rescued the princess. Nice solve everyone, especially Shez & Jumpingjack for almost all of the work, and Kyeann for the final piece. New puzzle below. |
