Green got Lisa (H/teenage/F) in trouble.

I already posted the solution to this on a Nimue puzzle some months ago. So if you think you remember this, please stay out (:

Everyone else is welcome to participate and to take a look at my other puzzle as well!

Some schools/universities do not allow to use green (or red) ink in tests, at least here in Germany (stupid, in my opinion). Is this relevant? Did she have to redo the test because she used a green pen?
Did she have pens in other colors?
Did she write the whole test in green?
Did she ask before whether it was ok to write in green?

Did she have pens in other colors? probably

Ok, this is almost solved. Does anyone want to find out why green ink is not allowed? If not, I'll spoil.
Nice work so far, Sundowner! (:

Are any colors besides green banned? Yes, red and orange, because they're reserved for marking. HINT: Green is reserved for something too, but not marking

Is it reserved for something the student may write at some time? the instructor?

If the former, is it reserved for students who are retaking the test at a later date? who are asking for a test to be re-graded? or for some type of student work other than tests?

If the latter, is it for last-minute corrections to the test after it has already been printed out? special instructions that are supposed to stand out?

********SPOILER********
A friend of mine used to write with all kinds of colourful ink in highschool. One day, she wrote a German exam with Green ink and was later told off by the teacher because apparently there is a law or a rule that states that only the highest official in a public institution is allowed to use green ink. At our school, this would have been the principal.

(However, one of my teachers at college always uses green ink although he's not the dean, so I don't think this green ink policy is enforced everywhere.)

Nice work, folks (:
