Note: this one may be really easy or not I'm not really sure anymore. Also, my apologies if I do something wrong because I've been away for a few years.

Well, welcome back.

Did something go horribly wrong with something you were doing? You pushed the big red button with the sign sying "DO NOT PUSH THIS BUTTON!!!" on it?

Well, welcome back. Thanks

If it helps, I didn't know there was a strikethrough command on this board when I posted, but each of the 'No, delete's should have been replaced by strikethroughs of the preceding sentence.

Is burgundy in this context a colour? a wine? a region of France? is claret relevant?

Is the "I" in the puzzle statement you?

Would the puzzle work if "Christ" were replaced by "God"?

Does the puzzle statement represent successive attempts at a title for something? written by you? handwritten? typed? relevant?
Did you write/type the red dots? or are they standing in for what you actually wrote?

Burgundy wine is not claret - claret comes from the Bordeaux region of France, while burgundy comes from - well, Burgundy, or Bourgogne in French. I was just wondering whether the red dots at the beginning of the puzzle statement were supposed to be burgundy in colour, or perhaps claret :)

Does it matter how you spell GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAh?

Would the puzzle work if it were instead AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGh?

Does it make any difference what the censored word is? Is the statement an attempt to write a title for this puzzle? Is this a meta-puzzle?

You couldn't think of an appropriate title and your deadline was looming. So you put in GAAAH, which is the international editor's code for asking for help from your senior editor?

Or were you just trying to fill in the title line so that your senior editor could get an estimate for how much space this piece would take up? And worry about the title later?

Or were you just trying to fill in the title line so that your senior editor could get an estimate for how much space this piece would take up? I think you're putting too much emphasis on the title of the puzzle. I just wrote Title because that's what I would do as an editor to reserve space for an undecided title.
And worry about the title later?

Personally, I usually use D'oh! (written as "annoyed grunt"--or something like that--on scripts for the Simpsons and immortalized by Dan Castellaneta). But then, I'm hopelessly trendy (obviously).

Was the hidden word a "bad" (four-letter) word?

So, you all are almost there. You know that I am an editor and me (my company) is struggling with a deadline. I spew words in frustration and them delete them. Why did I delete them? Tell me that and you've got it.

Did you delete most of those words due to political correctness and the strict limitations of your censors? I.e. Can't swear. Can't use Christ. Can't make references to alcohol or any other drugs.

Were you intentionally crossing these words out and leaving them up where they were as an attention getter? Billboards relevant?

Were you using an etch'a'sketch board? *grins evily* Was your word producer/device... automatic? manual? electric? biological? made from something biological? animal? vegetable? mineral? Acid relevant?

**********************************SPOILER***********************************
I was reading a text to edit, but becasue I was in a desperate hurry for time I was simply skimming for words that had to be deleted because of censors. (This is a high school textbook after all.) The GAH was my frustration at the tight deadline and the need to censor so much.
