Do they get paid to appear on TV or are they just a topic that's discuss? How long have they been around? Decades? Can it be pinpointed as to when they first emerged? Bearing in mind that nobody short of black marketeers were able to eat much during the world wars, were they still an identifiable group back then? | ||
