Were they cheering for you? Were they glad that they no longer had you on the bus? Were you annoying them in some way? Relevant what kind of bus? Just your regular public transit? |

Did anyone else get off the bus at the same time? Did something happen outside the bus as you got off? Was the bus-stop in front of a shop window with a big-screen TV in it, and something happened on the TV as you got off? World Cup relevant in any way? |

Would the passengers cheer if someone else got off next? Got off at the same stop? At a different stop? If you got off at a different stop? If you were alone? If someone was with you? If someone different was with you? If multiple people were with you? |

You didn't shower and therefore stunk up the bus - the passengers were relieved that they no longer had to deal with your smell. |

I had a classmate called Chris Johnson once. Hated him, thought he was a pervert. I very much like the sound of you, though. The answer is no. |

Did something happen on the bus as you got off? (aside from the other passengers cheering, that is.) Did the cheering have something to do with where the bus was stopped? That the bus stopped at all? with the traffic? with the road? with the weather? Did the air-conditioning come on? |

If nobody had got off the bus at that point, would anyone have cheered? Were you surprised that they cheered? Was there cause for you to cheer, too? Did the event that took place come about because someone did something, or was it just a random event that occured? Did the passengers cheer because their ride was now more comfortable? Because the bus could move faster, and they could reach their destination quicker? Before you got off, was it a perfectly normal bus ride or was there something that the passengers were unhappy about? |

Had the passengers been unhappy because they felt they were in danger? Had there been an irritating noise in the bus? Too cramped?Old/pregnant/crippled passengers with no seats? The someone that did something--bus driver? passenger? you? Did this person have the intention of bringing about the cheer-worthy event? Was there anybody or anything relevant outside the bus as you were alighting? |

And when you wanted to get out, the doors just worked again? Or did someone cause them to work again? If yes: is the method relevant? Or did the doors still not work and you got out in some unconventional way? |
