So the tattoo is some kind of rubbish representing love for this boy? Would someone looking at his wrist notice that this is a tattoo? I'm a bit running out of ideas, could anyone help? |

Tobias: So the tattoo is some kind of rubbish representing love for this boy? Yes. At least, that's what he claims. Would someone looking at his wrist notice that this is a tattoo? Possible, but unlikely. I'm a bit running out of ideas, could anyone help? Puzzlicious: Is the tattoo of something that would normally be found on a wrist? No..but possible Is it something that people commonly get tattooed on them? No, not at all Would it make sense for the tattoo to be anywhere but his wrist? No. In order for his assertion that it represents love to make any kind of sense, it has to be on his wrist. |

Remember he's doing it to appease his girlfriend who wants him to get a tattoo to prove his love for her, so his explanation has to show how the tattoo symbolises that |

Cookie: Is the fact that the spot is covered by the watch part of his explanation? Yes Is the period of time within the duration of their relationship? Yope Jazzcem: Will he love her until the END of time (the dot signifying the end)? YES!! **************SPOILER****************** Steve had a girlfriend who adored tattoos, and believed that they should both get one to show their love for one another. Alas, poor Steve is terrified of needles, and after getting a single dot on his wrist, he freaked out and demanded that the tattoo artist go no further. When he met his girlfriend later on in the day, excitedly asking to see his new tattoo, he sheepishly showed it to her. They had the following exchange: She: "...What on earth is that?" He: "A tattoo." She: "It's a dot." He: "Ah, but this is no ordinary dot. This is a fullstop. A period. The fact that it has been precisely positioned underneath my watch symbolises our everlasting love. I will love you until the end of time." She was unimpressed. Thanks to everyone for playing (Cookie, Tobias, etc), and congrats to Jazzcem for getting the final bit! |
