The number 1934 or any its digits relevant? Same for 1975? (I think I heard something like this before...)

Let's play on awhile. We only have a factual framework at the moment: something happened at an Oscar ceremony in 1934 and again in 1975? Is gender relevant? Is it to do with the winners? The winners' speeches?

Your puzzle statement is quite clever!!!

I know the answer. Should I tell it, or let others figure it out? Yeah, I think I'll stay silent (like the lambs?)

Oh you clever people. Thought i'd see if i could get away with naming the film in the puzzle title.

**************spoiler**************

It happened one night was the first film to win the so called grand slam of oscars namely Best Picture, Director, Actor, Actress & Adapted Screenplay. This did not occur again until 1975 when One flew over the cuckoo's nest achieved the feat. And as Becca hinted the next to achieve it was silence of the lambs in 1991.

no more quickie puzzles from this kid. My next one is going to be a beast
