Is there a timespan from when she found the money and when she started crying? If so, relevant how long? Does she start crying only because she found the money? or is this a scenario where finding the money leads to a series of events and one of those makes her start crying? Was she looking for something when she found the money? If so, was she looking for something else? Was she expecting something else? Found = as in opening something/digging up something/picking up something and by that finding the (physical) money? Or as in discovering something (like finding money in your bank account you didn't expect)? Is it relevant what type of money this is (currency, coins, notes)? |

Relevant what she opens when she finds the money? One idea just popped into my head: Has something bad happened, for instance someone dying, and it could have been avoided if she had found the money before? If not this, then would she have cried if she had found the money on a different time? earlier? later? in her life? |

The reason why she wouldn't get upset if she found coins: is it to do with the physical properties of a $20 bill? The fact that it's paper rather than metal? Its weight? Or is it just the value that's important? If there was such thing as a $20 coin, would she have been upset at finding that? Also i think you missed Strongplacebo's questions at 2:28 am, 28th April |

Did she find it under something? Relevant what? Or in a very small place, that only something very flat would fir into? Relevant where she was? If she had found a $1 bill, would she still have started crying (not sure if there is a one dollar bill, but basically I mean if she had found a very small sum of money that couldn't buy much) If she had found a $100 bill? If she had found a blank piece of paper? |

Did she find it in a book? Tucked behind a photo? Under a mattress? Inside a CD/DVD cover? Had it been deliberately hidden? Had she hidden it? Is she upset that someone hasn't already found it? If someone had removed it already would that have been some kind of signal to her? So now she is upset that something has happened to that person? Is she an adult? Relevant how old specifically? Is she at home? At work? At school? Indoors? Outdoors? |

She wrote a book, and it was onsale in a bookshop. She placed a $20 bill between the pages (presumably as she could be fairly sure anyone finding it would take it). She returned sometime later, and the fact that the bill was still there showed that nobody had so much as flicked through her book? So she started crying becase nobody liked her writing? Did the shop only have one copy of her book, so she knew not one person had liked her book? |
