I know that, in America, most of the skyscrapers don't have a thirteenth floor. Did he fall out of a window on floor 14 (or higher), and was he happy that he had to fall less? | ||

SPOILER: He fell out the first floor window. In New York (as in much of North America), the first floor window is the one just above ground, but in other places, it is the one that is one storey above ground. |
