So "horsepower" refers to actual horses in this case? The physical strength of horses? Does it also refer to motors? The physical strength of motors?

Is a caprine by-product relevant? Eg goat-poops? Is something powered by the goat's ... er ... emissions? Is it simply a goat for anecdotal reasons, or is there a specific reason why it MUST be this animal? Would it work (in theory) for a nanny goat? A billy goat? A sheep? A wombat?

Is it relevant that goats like to eat silly things (like banknotes)?

You put a carrot on a stick and tie it in front of the sheep's head. It keeps running towards it but cant reach it, so it's almost like unlimited power :P

But since you went "WHat?!?" i'll assume its IRR

IRR = irrelevant

Horsepower? No way. Should this be interpreted as " The power that could be generated by whatever the goat 'does' would be much less or much more than could be indicated by the horsepower unit." ?

Is it simply a goat for anecdotal reasons, or is there a specific reason why it MUST be this animal?Besides that's the true story? no And it's supposed to be sheep, not goat ---> Could you please explain your answer here, I can't quite get what you mean.

Does the goat have to be alive to generate this power? Or am I on the wrong track that the goat is actively generating the power we are talking about?

So the sheep in some way generates power, by something it does, that is related to the fact that it eats, but not that it poops. Right?

Is this a real-life situation?

**********SPOILER**********
The sheep actually acted as a "lawnmower" to the White House before! I don't suppose it would be called a one horsepower lawnmower, maybe a 20 sheeppower?
