I can't say I've ever heard that before, and seeing as I am a UGA alum and employee, that's surprising. [that would be annoying] Yes! It is!!! *******************SPOILER**************** I frequently hear people on campus referring to the arch as "the arches." The first few times I just ignored it, but it starts to drive me absolutely crazy! Especially when the people saying it are students who should know better. My common response is "This is UGA, not McDonalds" or sometimes "McDonalds has arches, UGA has the Arch." |
