Is he a human? Adult? Male? If he had lost the coin flip, would the other guy have died? Is the location or time period relevant? What about religion? Ethnicity? Is this during wartime? |

Welcome to the forum! It would help if you bolded your answers like this: \b[ bold] but with { rather than [ so that people skimming through can easily see where you've answered questions. Was he human? Adult? Male? As a result of winning did he win an object? Did he get to do something? Or avoid having to do something? Did he die because his winning the toss meant he was in a particular place at a particular time? Did he die from accident? Murder? Suicide? Is the person who lost the toss relevant? Was he in a sporting situation? Was he in a life or death situation at the time of the coin toss? Did he die straight after winning? Minutes after? Hours? Days? Weeks? Months? Years? |

Welcome Ddrapayo! I really think you should read the User Guide and FAQ, so you can learn how to write your answers and the titles of your puzzles |

Blooper!!!! There is one other person relevant- the person who flipped the coin. However, this is the only capacity in which he is relevant- and many people do not even know he was the one who flipped it. |

Is, or was, he Richie Valens? yes, you got it *****SPOILER***** Richie Valens' band was flying to a concert, and he had never flown in a small plane before, so he flipped a coin with fellow band member Tommy Allsup for a seat. Valens won the seat, the plane crashed with him on it, everyone died, and that day is forever known as "The Day the Music Died". |

I would not normally spoil a puzzle quite so abruptly, but you appear to have four live puzzles at the moment, and the forum rule is that people should not have more than three. Now that this one is out of the way, I hope that people will make some progress on the three that remain. |
