He was a teenager, even though it had been years since he had turned 13 |

Anything to do with having a birthday on February 29? Or the "1 year = 7 dog years" idea? Anything to do with Luke Perry being nearly a decade older than the character he played on 90210? Some other actor in this same situation? He = H? A? M? He turned 13 = "he had his thirteenth birthday"? Is he simply 19, since ~6 years have passed since his 13th birthday? Could "years" equate to decades in this case? |

Is he a fictional character? In a long-running comic strip? Cartoon? Other TV show? |

Does it have anything to do with a biological anomaly? In order for him to qualify as a "teenager", do we need to refer to a specific sense of the word? One which is not just "a person between the ages of 13 and 19"? If I saw this guy, would I immediately say "There goes a teenager"? or is there a relevant context in which he passes as one? |
