NOTE: Like Gourami's "Go Ask Alice" Puzzle, which was a huge success and I enjoyed it, this is not a puzzle but a camouflaged rulebreaker. I will answer each question according to the rule. Post guesses and non-questions (ie comments) in italics.

A man walks into a bar and asks for a glass of water. The bartender pulls a gun out and points it at him. The man says thank you and leaves. Explain this.

Glad to hear it. It's a rather obvious puzzle.
Is solving your rule-breaker dependent on us discovering the Bartender's attempt to rid the man of his hiccups?
Is solving your puzzle dependent on us asking questions at all?
Does the quick brown fox still jump over the lazy dog? Eh?

How many roads must a man walk down before you can call him a man? (Wait, that's not a yes or no question...) Is the answer to the previous question 42?

Is she really going with him? Is she really gonna take him home tonight? Is she really going out with him? (Cause if my eyes don't deceive me, there's something going wrong around here...)

Should I stay or should I go?

What's love got to do with it?

Is solving your rule-breaker dependent on us
discovering the Bartender's attempt to rid the man of his hiccups? <i> I am not sure if this is a question intended to assist with the rule, or meant to be answered accordingt to the rule, so I will wait to answer until you tell me </b>
Is solving your puzzle dependent on us asking questions at all?
Does the quick brown fox still jump over the lazy dog? Eh? same for these

How many roads must a man walk down before you can call him a man? (Wait, that's not a yes or no question...) which man are you referring to - is it one of the Black Sox by any chance? Is the answer to the previous question 42? Only if you're talking about John Strutt's death

Is she really going with him? Define she and him please, even though she can now vote Is she really gonna take him home tonight? She can vote, that's all she cares about Is she really going out with him? (Cause if my eyes don't deceive me, there's something going wrong around here...) Not unless he's Shoeless....

Should I stay or should I go? You can go now. Spanish Flu is Over

What's love got to do with it? Nothing much, but women can vote, so maybe they'll love you more

Are all relevant characters H? A? M/F? Can we call him Bob? Is he [insert LTPF list of professions]? Any non-humans relevant? Time period relevant? Location relevant? Is this based on real events? If not, could it happen in real life?

Is anyone not communicating? Is anyone giving candy to a stranger? Is a disclaimer relevant?

Does the story relate to sports? politics? weather? celebrities? books? movies? Something else?

except that I think women got the right to vote in the US in 1920, not 1919. Were you looking at another country, or an event prior to the actual ratification of the amendment?

Noel, you're close enough. Had someboy with less than 10 posts done it, I' have gone 200X, but that didn't happen. Good job. And I was going by when Congress approved the ammendment, in case you're wondering. The states ratified it in 1920.

Wow, I'm flattered. And great idea for a rulebreaker, I'm sorry I didn't see it earlier.
