This rapist never gets in trouble with the law. In fact, the prostitutes even want to be with him.

should be a fairly quick solve

This is probably too easy, as it's an old joke, but a therapist (as in, "the-rapist")?

The rapist: H?A?M?
The prostitutes - H?A?F?
"him" = the same rapist?

Is his profession relevant? If so, is he an officer of the law? government official?

Does he, in fact, rape?

Perhaps you may prefer not to answer these questions if they bypass a lateral leap.

Using dictionary.com...

Prostitutes = One who solicits and accepts payment for sex acts? One who sells one's abilities, talent, or name for an unworthy purpose?

Rape = the act of forcing someone to have sex? the destruction or spoiling of an area? the plant with yellow flowers?

Are the prostitutes and rapist animals? Of the same species?

Are the "prostitutes" plants of some kind? Another type of living being? Inanimate objects? Same questions for the "rapist".

Does the "rapist" encroach on some land occupied by another (rather like a weed does)? Even if it doesn't "destroy" the land, does it alter the surroundings in some way? In a way that makes it more difficult / impossible for other beings to live in the area? Easier for beings like the "rapist" to live there?

Do the "prostitutes" faciliate the actions of the "rapist"? In an altruistic way that harms themselves? Are they 'parasitic' off the "rapist", in that they only appear/are more likely to appear where the "rapist" is?

Is the rapist a substance? Chemistry relevant? Biology? Is the "want to be with him" a force of attraction? A force of nature? Like magnetism? Or gravity?

Is it an element? Is it fluorine? Another electronegative element? Or is it electropositive? Or is it a molecule? Organic chemistry relevant?

Is a particularly colorful analogy from a chemistry class? or book? relevant? Those are always fun (though only sometimes funny).

Is it about the fact that a fluorine atom can grab an electron from almost any other atom (rape), thus making a chemical bond (the victim wants to be with him)?

yes, you pretty much have it so I'll summarize.

My chemistry teacher does not know how to explain concepts in plain english, so it is up to a few of us in his class to understand what he says. We in turn make analogies and explain each concept to the rest of the class. For electronegativity, we decided Fluorine was a serial rapist, (taking electrons from almost any atoms) and elements such as francium were prostititutes(try to give electrons away to everyone). Needless to say, nobody in our class had issues on the test, lol.
