What do Guatamala and Holland have in common with each other but with no other countries?

Relevant that Holland is now more often called the Netherlands?

The two countries' names have a similar etymology is this relevant?

They both mean "land of trees" or something like that?

It so happened got it.

Guatamala means land of trees in Mayan which is what Holland means in Dutch.
