Did he kill his friend deliberately, or by accident? Could the injury (or injuries) that killed his friend be characterized as piercing, crushing or slashing/cutting? Was the killing premeditated? Or on the spur of the moment? Is anyone besides the person, his friend, and the spectators relevant? Was anyone else relevant killed? If so, at the same time? In the same incident? In the same manner? By the same person? Did this occur in an arena? Are any of the following relevant: Location? Profession? Time of day? Week? Month? Year? Technology? Weather? Terrain?
