Are incapable of moving? Is their reason relevant? Surpring: to you? to most people? to the media? to the politicians? School time: that period in the fall when a new year of school starts? I've not read reports about it, if that's what you mean to the politicians? they have not mentioned the phenomena as far as I know School time: that period in the fall when a new year of school starts? yes, so it includes all academia, and perhaps a different time of year in other countries but I'm not sure when the academic year starts in Oz/NZ Relevant when this does take place? see above Location? lots of places True story? in that I read of it on the internet, then it must be true :P | ||

Don't want to move from one place to another? From rural to urban areas? From one town to another? Renting houses relevant? Campuses? Dormitories? Is it relevant that college starts also in the same period? Or only high schools will do? | ||

Binders! Hurrah! Now...what about binders? as I understand the word, the upper or lower case is irrelevant so Binders and binders count Did they have penguins on them? (lol...yes, yes, penguins irrelevant...*sigh*) yes, binders decorated with penguins, sharks, flowers, whatever, all are included Were they *insert LTPF list of colors*?
