This should have been posted a while ago, but my Internet connection was acting up. Anyhoo...

As you may know, I am a big Agatha Christie fan, and have read many of her stories. However, there is one story of hers that I am choosing not to read for a few months. Why?

Likely a qwikky

Are you saving it for a holiday? If so, Christmas? Halloween?

Do you want to read it at a certain place? Or while doing a certain activity? Is this story different from all her other stories somehow?

Is the event a play? One of those mystery plays where the audience gets to interact and help solve the mystery? Is whatever it is based on this story? Or inspired by it?

are you writing a book or play yourself and don't want to be influenced by it?

are you going to be reading it for a book club and prefer to read it nearer the time?

are you going to a conference where someone is going to be speaking about it?

If it's not based on or inspired by the story - is it the story?

If it's not based on or inspired by the story - is it the story? Yes, and I think that's enough.

**********SPOILER**********

Several of Agatha Christie's plays have also been published in short-story or novel form. One of her plays, Witness for the Prosecution, is being performed near my house when I'm on spring break, so naturally, I want to go see it. Although I own the short story, I have not yet read it and do not intend to read it until after I see the play, so as not to spoil the ending.

Nice work everyone -- I figured this would go quickly.
