I'll give it a shot (for some reason I usually don't attempt these, but hey...it's Friday!)

Is this a noun? Verb? Adjective? Adverb? Pronoun? Proper noun? Preposition?
Can it serve as more than one part of speech (like "jump" could be a noun or a verb)?

Allright, so it can be a noun or adjective...

As a noun, does it refer to a person? An object? An idea? A situation? A place? An event? A span of time?

When used as an adjective, would it describe a person? Place? Object? Other?

Would this be used as a positive word? Negative? Neutral?

How long has a "mamiya" existed, as far as you know...always? More than 100 years? Less than 50 years? Just in this decade? It's just been discovered?

Could you simply look at a person and know that they could be described this way?
Or would it be necessary to talk to them?
Would you have to observe them for a period of time?

Would the person have to say anything to merit this description? Would they have to demonstrate how they talk? How they walk?
If you'd never seen someone but only talked to them on the phone, could you tell this about them?

could you use it to describe a man? a woman? a child?

if you use this word, does it mean you've made a judgement about the person? like this is the sort of person who does this thing, or thinks that thing?

if you can tell just by looking, would it be because of their clothes? the way they move? the way they do something?

If you'd never seen someone but only talked to them on the phone, could you tell this about them?maybe... under certain conditions...

If you've never heard someone, but only seen a photo of them, could you tell this about them?no, not really

the previous post I said yes, but because i was thinking of looking at the person in real life and not a photo

could you use it to describe a man? a woman? a child?yes, yes,no
if you use this word, does it mean you've made a judgement about the person?yes, but it doesn't mean it is just an opinion like this is the sort of person who does this thing, or thinks that thing? um...best answer?... it is a does not a thinks
if you can tell just by looking, would it be because of their clothes? the way they move? the way they do something? could be partially because of there clothes... but mostly the way they interact with a certain group.

Are people from certain countries more likely to fit this category? Less likely?

Is it based on their interaction with other people? With non-human creatures?

Could they show it by their hairstyle? By the presence or lack of tattoos? By the kind of jewelry they wear?

Does the word describe their feelings toward a certain group? Their fear of a group? Their affection toward a group? Their tendency to do something a certain way?

Would this be indicated by gestures? Style of speaking? Volume of speaking?

If a person were blind, could they be described this way?

Would people in the United States tend to be this type? In Europe? Asia? Africa? Developed nations? Third world nations? Multi-cultural regions?

So this word describes someone probably in the US and is related to volume and style of speaking.

Is it a word that would be used to stereotype someone? To indicate that a person is from a certain region/area of the US? Does it refer to the person's dialect? Their use of slang or improper words? Use of crude language? The way they talk to another person who is also from the US? The way they talk to a person who is not from the US?
