She couldn't grab it. Oops, now that was kind of expensive, one could say overpriced. But of course there were backups, so the end result was a sucess |

Is it an object? An opportunity? An idea? Is 'it' the thing that is expensive? Is her failing to grab 'it' the expensive thing? |

did she dropped it? Yope! damage it? No with a slight "ish" Did it break I imagine so, but am not sure. We can say yes for our purposes, but beware FA's |

was the thing she failed to grab butter? buttery? No was it slippery? There was something slippery inside it, you could say, but that contributed to here failing to grab it but only indirectly were the backups on electronic media?FA, and actually I think as for electronic media, probably NO would have been a better answer. Involved in the general situation, yes, but irrel for the purposes of the puzzle |

Outside? Yes Inside? No On Earth? Heavens No! In space? Curious you should as that. Of course, yes. Hmm did you just guess that or was it because of my question in one of the other puzzles? LTPF list of countries? As you've seen above, that list wouldn't have helped you here. Great Work! I was hoping the outer-space bit was so lateral that it would be a perplexing puzzle. Would you guys like to narrow down what happened a bit? I'll post the event and declare a $poiler in a few days if nobody posts. Otherwise it should be a fairly easy google, so ahead and have fun. |

I'm guessing she's a spacewalker who had a tool get away from her. There are a number of cases like that. |

***SPOILER*** Im surprised this went so fast. Good work Jenbuurdoo and everyone else. And I learned something - that there was more than one case like this. Below is one video link - there is another with an interview post-eva, where the the astronaut who prepared the tools was explaining that maybe something wasn't properly tethered, and it _almost_ seems that he was trying not to laugh. Or it could have been just the 0g face bloat. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2WxffbLFuY&feature=related |

Oh just btw, someone asked if it was broken, and the reason I said I don't know is that don't know if that tool bag is still in orbit or has entered the atmosphere and been incinerated already. thanks for playing everyone - Beachbum, who on the one hand would like to go for this kind of work, and other other hand read that EVA's (space walks) are typically very exhausting and uncomfortable. And I'm too old to be an astronaut and I doubt I'd pass the medical and physical requirements. Plus you have train yourself not to curse on the air. |
