How could the one shouting "No John, don't shoot, be guilty?" it could have been the victim - but surely there's a chance it was one of the other three. |

"No" is shouted by the victim (or any of others for that matter).....The issue is that the name John could logically be used only to refer to one of the rooms occupants, the male. |
