This idea came from Trickymartin, and thanks to him for allowing me to use it to create another puzzle. However, I didn't completely steal his idea, I added many new operators. So go on!

((Script + San Francisko) + ([1859, 1941] + World War II)) * ((Air ^ Lateral Puzzles) - (Week / 7)) = ?

And a new spelling, by the look of things - or is "Francisko" part of the plot?

the spelling mistake is probably a homage to me :)

script... hand writing? movie script?

are 1859 and 1941 the corresponding years? if so, is [1859, 1941] a certain duration or period of time?

air... is sport relevant? are gases? is altitude?

is "week / 7" solvable just like that or do we first have to find out what "week" and "7" stands for?

And a new spelling, by the look of things - or is "Francisko" part of the plot? It's not part of the plot, it's just a homage to Trickymartin :) Sorry, spelling mistake.

Hooray for Googles...
Emperor Wilhelm II + World War II ... 4? IV? No, OTWT. World War II should point to Hitler (German emperor), and all together with the years to Emperor Wilhelm II. So, Emperor Wilhelm II is the solution of the whole second bracket.
