Is it definitely one of those three people? Is there one specific pilot of another ship who is relevant? All Human? Was the crash an accident? deliberate? sabotage? legit act of war? Modern era? Near future? Did the ship take off from land? from sea? from an aircraft carrier? in space? from a (semi)fixed base? from a spaceship carrier? |

Given the title, is Babylon 5 relevant? And it helps us spot answers if you please put them in bold -- just put \b{text} or text around your text, and it will look like: text |

(Mod Dietmar) is it set in the near future(say one generation)? far future? is space travle at all important? did they strike the ground? another airborn object? a mountin or other natural object? a man made object like a sky scraper? |

Does the ship normally operate on land? on/in/under water? in air? in free space? Did the ship strike an object in mid-air? in free space? on the ground? on/in/under water? a similar ship? a non-similar ship? Is this your own creative writing? existing literature? TV / film? joke? Following up on "from a (semi)fixed base? Did the ship get shot down? other encounter with a weapon? Is the ship owned by the military? civilian government? commercial business? private individual? other? Is the ship operated by a different entity than the owner? Is the ship operated by a Human crew? If so, from within the ship? remotely? So the ship is space-capable? Does the ship normally have a flight crew (pilots, mission commander) of 1? 2? 3? 4? more? Does the ship normally have a mission crew (radar officers, weapons officers, flight engineers, etc) of 1? 2? 3? 4? more? Does the ship normaly have a payload crew (test subjects, flight attendants, etc) of 1? 2? 3? 4? more? Could the ship reasonably fit in a modern C-141 cargo plane? How about in a C-5? (For comparison, a C-141 can carry a midsize car or two, or perhaps a small plane with its wings stowed. A C-5 can comfortably carry a fully loaded tractor-trailer.) Was the weapon involved normal ordnance? |

was the ship launced from a space station or other orbiting object? was a plane taken by the goverment to be used for a war? did the weapon strike him? strike the other plane involved? did one plane swerve to avoid a weapon and stike the other? was the weapon a surface to air weapon? fired from the air? from a plane? fired from orbiting satalites or defense system? did his plane strike the other? did the other strike his? was the other plane an enemy plane? his wing man? a plane that just happened to be near his flight path? was the plane a spy plane? well I suppose I should ask if a war is involved as lots of my questions have been based on that assumption. |

Is the ship of a different design to space ships of today's era? Relevent? Sorry rephrase: Would it be possible to assign locations at any point in the universe to the three mentioned people in the puzzle statement at the time of impact? If the above question answers yes then please insert questions that were missed out from my last post... |
