Are they human-type people? Adults? Males? Females? Living (at the time they should've had another)? Another: physical object? Chance? Thought? Would having another have prevented something bad from happening? Caused something good to happen? Be more appropriate? |

Because the above answers may have been a little confusing, here is a short ***** RECAP ***** What has been established so far is that "they" are a group of human adult males, in whose best interests it would have been to have another drink. This drink is not well-defined, but it was not alcoholic - could have been water, could have been fruit juice, could have been some kind of fizzy soda. At any rate, it was a cold drink. It doesn't matter what it was, nor in what kind of container it was served. |
