Did the celery fail to work because it was unable to pierce the guys heart? Because it was grown improperly? (not watered with holy water?) Other?

These people... are they wizards too?

Was the reason that the wizard wanted to die relevent?

Is the person who turned him into a zombie relevent?

But while I think of it , I'll add on a few more... Did the celery fail to work because it couldn't pierce the guys skin?

Was the guy being dropped onto the celery, or the celery being propelled at the guy?

Do we need to find out any more about the celery?

Was the zombifier an enemy of the now zombified wizard? A friend? An aquantance? Were his intentions malicious? Friendly? Was he trying to bring the wizard back to life or something? Did he mean to turn the wizard into a Zombie, or was it a mistake?

As far as I can tell, there are three or four seperate important people here... is this right?
1) The zombie
2) The stabber
3) The zombifier
4) The celery fetcher
Are these people all individuals? Are there any other relevent people? Are there any relevent objects aside from the celery?

Meant to have some other effect, and something like a mumbled word or the wrong kind of bats eyes caused it to screw up? Was the zombifier nearby when he zombified? Far away? Would these wizards be at all famous in their world? For holding authority? Some other reason?

Had the zombifier ever met any of the other wizards? Been introduced? Acquanted? Seen them? Heard them? "Sensed" them? Heard about them? Read about them? Learned about them? Would he have liked them had they met? Would he support their morals and beliefs? Would they be his friends, or his foes?
Same questions going the other way.

Is the zombifier in fact a wizzard of some sort? An enchanter? A priest? A healer? An illusionist?

Is wizardry the zombifiers main proffession? Or something he does like a hobby? Does he work for anyone? Anything? A group? An individual? Himself? Is he sane? Is he human? Do other people work for him?

When he practices magic (that is casts spells, etc, not works out) does he use anything? A wand? A staff? Incantations? Gestures? Creatures/Spirits? A cauldron? Symbols and such, chalked on the floor or whatever? Other magical items of some sort?

This object... did it turn our friend into a zombie? Is it a basic geometrical shape? (ie. sphere, cube, etc.) Is it normally horizontal when it is used? Vertical?

So... does he have legs? 2?yes. 4? Is he intelligent?yes. Is he a mythical beast? A centaur? A ghost? A zombie? A gargoyle? no.

This object... did it turn our friend into a zombie? Is it a basic geometrical shape? (ie. sphere, cube, etc.) Is it normally horizontal when it is used? Vertical?
