***** RECAP *****

A performer who is at once a singer and an actor has done (or primarily said) something that indicates a degree of confusion between the navy (the "right" branch of the military) and the army (the "wrong" branch). Neither the acutal navy nor the actual army (nor any actual people engaged in fighting) is involved.

Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to determine what it was he said, and in what "naval" context.

Did this happen at a ceremony? naming a ship? a funeral? an inauguration? a game with a lot of audience?
Were any of the words "right" and "wrong" used?

Were the audience mainly there for listening to this artist? or was something else more important than the artist's performance?

Did he misuse the "upgrade" of a rank (like "wing ..." instead of "chief ...")?

Did he misuse the "upgrade" of a rank (like "wing ..." instead of "chief ...")? no. His confusion between army and navy personnel was far more basic than that.

Is a piece of military hardware relevant that only one of them has (e.g. carriers)?
