Is a specific type of bird relevant? well known in Wisconsin? A water bird? Bird of prey? Does Mark have a special interest in these birds? in conservation? both? Are these birds dying out? if so because of human intervention? |

Does Mark intend to find a way to 'preserve' this number of birds somehow? or maybe to decrease their number? If Mark gets his way, will it be because - he gets the help of the government? a lot of other people will help him? he'll show others the need to increase or reduce something? |
